Brian Babb
Owner/Operator
Brian built Babb Boring, Inc. from the ground up, over 25 years ago. Since then, he has gained great relationships with local contractors, and grown his small business immensely.
Brian is a father of 4, loving husband to Nikki, and grandfather of 2. He enjoys wake surfing, snowboarding, and riding dirt bikes in his off time.

Nikki Babb
Nikki started with Babb Boring in 2009 after she and Brian got married. Since then, she has handled the day to day back end operations. Her support is the necessary oil in the machine.

Nikki enjoys spending time with Brian and their shared children and grandchildren. She also loves hanging out with her friends and reading. Her seasonal hobbies include enjoying lake life in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
Hunter is Babb Boring's most experienced employee, starting with BBI when ​he was 17 and only taking time away for his diesel mechanic schooling. He is now able to use his degree to work on all of the company's equipment.
Hunter and his wife Heather have 2 young children, Holden and Haisley. He enjoys participating in long distance shooting competitions, riding side by sides, and relaxing on the lake with his friends and family.

Bailey Buffington
Bailey has been with Babb Boring, Inc. for over 7 years. She is Brian's daughter, and she has learned she loves her place in the construction industry with the help of her father and brother, Hunter.​ Bailey recently got married to her husband Isaac, and they have relocated to Utah.
Bailey now helps with the office support aspect of the business from a distance, instead of in the field. When she's not on the clock, she is snowboarding on the slopes with her husband and enjoying her true crime podcasts.
